Chloe Power began playing the piano at the age of six with Ms. Maura Rafter of Kilkenny Academy of Music, progressing quickly through the RIAM exam grades. Chloe completed all grade and recital medal exams by the age of 12, collecting multiple High Achiever awards along the way. She was selected to play in the 'High Achiever' awards concert following her grade 5 exam at the age of 9.
Chloe went on to win numerous prizes in local, regional and national competitions; most recently winning a silver medal in the Junior Pianoforte Solo (A) competition at Feis Ceoil in 2012. Chloe also plays with the school orchestra, which was lucky enough to perform for the President of Ireland, following their win at Feis Ceoil 2012. She is currently a student of Archie Chen at the Piano Academy of Ireland in Rathgar. Chloe is thrilled to have been given this fantastic opportunity and looks forward to the challenges ahead!
