Heather Moore, piano
22-year-old pianist Heather Moore has appeared as a soloist in the MTAC State Convention (2014, 2016), Music Fest Perugia (2015), the Classical Connections Concert Series at Temple Beth Shalom (2014), in masterclasses with several renowned pianists, studio recitals, and many other performances. Ms. Moore is also an active pedagogue; she teaches private lessons to students of all ages across Orange County. In addition, Ms. Moore plays in many non-classical venues. She is the keyboardist of a jazz combo, the pianist and musical coordinator at St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, and has played at several weddings and other social events. She is also a capable clarinetist; she played bass clarinet in the Chapman University Wind Symphony for her entire college career, and was the high woodwind section leader in the Pride of Chapman Marching Band. Ms. Moore recently earned a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance at Chapman University where she was honored with a number of prestigious awards.
